After starting her career in 1987 as CRM and Trade Marketing Manager at the Rocher Group, she joined Dr Pierre Ricaud in 2009 as Direct Sales Marketing Manager France & International, before being appointed French Market Director in 2013. Her in-depth market expertise, coupled with her strategic vision, enabled her to support the growth and influence of the brand.
In March 2016, she became Managing Director of Dr Pierre Ricaud, with the mission of accelerating the transformation and innovation of the brand, while strengthening its position in the expert and personalized cosmetics market, combining dermocosmetic active ingredients with the power of medicinal plants.
"Our priority remains the French market. It is the one in which we are the most developed, we have the best reputation and market share. Our objective is therefore to strengthen our position, in particular through the growth of turnover and the size of the digital client base. The challenge is to support this growth through a targeted media strategy (digital and TV) aimed at conquest. The brand is also testing the opportunity for digital growth via e-pharmacy marketplaces."
