Biography of Thierry Bertrand Souleau

Thierry Bertrand Souleau has built his career in selective distribution and international retail. After several roles at Decathlon, Orcanta, and Etam, he joined Sephora (LVMH Group) in 2012, where he successively led retail in France, Sephora Italy, and then Sephora France from 2018 to 2022. He then took over as CEO of Tannico, a pan-European premium e-commerce platform founded by Moët Hennessy and Campari Group. He joined Yves Rocher in early 2026 and now serves as Europe, Africa & Americas President (E2A Business Unit) for Groupe Rocher. Thierry is a graduate of EM Lyon.
