Biography of Emmanuelle Cartier

Global Brands President

Emmanuelle Cartier has built her career at the intersection of brands, retail and digital, in France and internationally. She joined Groupe Rocher in 2000, where she spent nearly ten years leading marketing, communications, CRM and e-commerce at Petit Bateau. She then continued her career at LVMH, notably at Sephora and LVMH Fragrance Brands (Givenchy & Kenzo), before joining La Redoute as International CEO, overseeing commercial operations, digital, retail and B2B. Her career has spanned both brands and retailers across several international markets, with a consistent focus on strengthening brand desirability, gaining a deeper understanding of customers and developing omnichannel experiences that drive value creation. In 2026, she rejoined Groupe Rocher as Global Brands President, overseeing Yves Rocher, Sabon and Dr Pierre Ricaud.

“The strength of Groupe Rocher lies in its three brands, each with a distinctive identity dedicated to beauty and well-being: Yves Rocher, Sabon and Dr Pierre Ricaud. Their histories, expertise and unique worlds complement one another in pursuit of a shared ambition: natural, effective and responsible beauty and well-being. In a context of globalization, intensifying competition and rapidly evolving customer and prospect behaviors and expectations, our ambition is to grow each of these brands by highlighting what makes it unique and strengthening its desirability. Listening to and understanding our customers are at the heart of this approach. They guide our choices in product offerings and in creating consistent experiences, both in-store and online, across the world. Our curiosity, our ability to innovate and our agility will be key to strengthening our brands worldwide, driving sustainable growth and fostering a shared sense of pride.”
