Biography of Philippe Duchossois

Asia President

Philippe Duchossois has spent most of his career in the beauty industry, following early roles in financial control in Thailand. He joined L'Oréal in 1998, where he spent nearly nine years in international audit, supply chain, and financial control roles, notably in Italy. He then went on to head Financial Control for Asia at Veolia.

In 2011, he joined Groupe Rocher, where he successively led management control, then finance, before taking on general management roles at several international subsidiaries and later leading the transformation of the customer experience.

This path took him to live and work outside France for more than fifteen years, from Bangkok to Milan and Madrid to Moscow, where he drove the development and transformation of organizations across a wide range of economic and cultural environments.

On July 1, 2026, he was appointed Asia President. In this role, he oversees Yves Rocher and Sabon operations from Turkey to Japan, with a mandate to sustainably accelerate the Group's growth in one of the world's key beauty growth markets.

A graduate of Université Paris-Dauphine, Philippe Duchossois combines extensive international field experience with a proven track record in leading transformation.

" Part of the group's future will be written in Asia. Succeeding there means holding together two things: a clear ambition — our commitment to being the referent of natural, effective, and committed beauty — and a nuanced understanding of markets that differ from one another. It is by empowering our teams to decide close to the consumer, and by building partnerships that last, that we will grow our brands."
