Duty of vigilance
First mission driven company under French law since 2019, Groupe Rocher places respect and defense of human rights at the top of its priorities in the management of its activities. Everything is done to prevent social, environmental and governance risks, linked to the Group's activities but also to those of its suppliers and subcontractors. The Group is in a process of continuous improvement of its internal procedures and works daily to strengthen its control tools so that the conduct of its activities is carried out in accordance with its values everywhere in the world.
In compliance with the French law on the Duty of Vigilance, the Group has well established a vigilance plan as required by law for French companies of its size, every year since the entry in force of this law in 2017.
The vigilance plan is an appendix to the Management Report of the Board of Directors which is attached to the annual accounts. Following the approbation of those documents by Groupe Rocher Board of Directors, the Vigilance Plan of the year 2022 is available on our website.
