First mission driven company under French law since 2019, Groupe Rocher places respect and defense of human rights at the top of its priorities in the management of its activities. Everything is done to prevent social, environmental and governance risks linked to the Group's activities but also to those of its suppliers and subcontractors. We are in a process of continuous improvement of our internal procedures and work daily to strengthen our control tools so that the conduct of our activities is carried out in accordance with our values everywhere in the world.
In compliance with the French law on the Duty of Vigilance, we have well established a vigilance plan as required by law for French companies of our size, for the years 2017 (2017 being the date of entry into force of this law), 2018 and 2019.
Our vigilance plan is an appendix to the Management Report of the Board of Directors which is attached to our annual accounts. Our annual accounts of the years 2017 and 2018 with all their appendices have been filed with the Registrar Office of the Commercial Court of Vannes (where our Head Office is located in France) and are therefore published and available for consultation. Our General Assembly for the approval of the annual accounts of the year 2019 having been held on June 30, our annual accounts of the year 2019 will soon be filed. Our 2019 vigilance plan will therefore be available for consultation upon publication at the registry. »
