On October 24th, 2019, Groupe Rocher became a “Mission-driven Company” (Entreprise à Mission), under the French PACTE law for business growth and transformation: in other words, a company that has defined statutory social or environmental objectives in addition to its economic performance goals. The group places its Purpose at the heart of its model, offering “experiences, services, and products that promote well-being through the benefits of nature.”

Thanks to exemplary control over its value chain, 90% of its wellness and skincare products are produced in its own factories, with formulas composed of 93% naturally derived ingredients. This commitment, inherited from Mr. Yves Rocher, defines the group’s difference: the combination of plants, science, and human expertise to create natural, effective, and committed products.
