In order to support our employees and train them to the sanitary gestures, we called on the training company e-learning Woonoz. They use a new method named "Memory Anchoring".
What is the « Memory Anchoring » ?
It is a method that involves in its process the fact that each individual memorises information in his own specific way. It adapts to the individual level and learning pace.
Training that adjusts to each employee.
This method is endowed with an IAl that analyzes the participants’ behaviour, for example their memory patterns, learning pace, and level of knowledge. The aim is to create a personalised learning path in real time.
The training will apply to all Groupe Rocher employees upon their gradual return to their workplace.
